Metria FastighetSök is a digital service that gives you quick access to updated, quality-assured information about Sweden's properties. It is a web-based service where you log in via metria.se. For organizations with more advanced needs, it is also possible to use FastighetSök via API or ArcGIS widget, for example for integration into your own systems.

The service is based on data from the Land Registry and complementary sources - and makes it easy to search, analyze and use real estate information in everything from business decisions to operational processes.

With FastighetSök, you get a stable basis for decision-making, whether you work with valuation, analysis, insurance, credit assessment or projects where the property is at the center.

When is Metria FastighetSök suitable?

What is in FastighetSök?

The service gives you access to up-to-date information about all properties in Sweden, directly from the Swedish Land Registry and from other partners.

In the service you can get information about:

  • Property designations, addresses and coordinates
  • Owners; legal, leasehold and taxed
  • Mortgages, registrations and rights
  • Assessment information such as type code, assessed value, living space and year of construction
  • Building information and area of the property
  • Plans, regulations and ancient monuments
  • Communities and joint facilities, e.g. jointly owned properties
  • Community associations, e.g. board members
  • Maps and orthophotos of the area

  • Persons registered in the population register
  • Which properties a person is the taxable owner of
  • Number of apartments per address and property
  • Apartments. For e.g. condominium/rental, living space and number of rooms
