System Maintenance Information

All our systems are operational. During the morning of November 20th, we had an outage that affected access to our systems. This has now been solved.

Scheduled maintenance

To ensure that our services function optimally, planned technical maintenance takes place four times a year. For you as a customer, this may mean disruptions or temporary stop in the service. Information about the extent of any possible disruption will be announced well in advance of the scheduled maintenance.

In 2024, system maintenance has been planned for the following weekends, from Saturday 08:00 AM to Sunday 6:00 PM.

Metria announces an extra maintenance this Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 13:30-14:00.

As a measure following the outage on November 20th, Metria will conduct a full test and evaluation of the functionality of our redundant internet connections. This test means that the availability of our services can be affected with shorter interruptions until the afternoon at the latest.
