Contact us at Metria Support when you have questions and problems regarding our public web services or services where you as a customer have signed a support agreement with us.
If you’ve signed a support agreement with Metria, contact Customer Support in the event you have any questions or concerns regarding our services.
For customers with a support agreement, Metria Support is available with extended service as a ServiceDesk function. Then you have access to case reception and support for all types of support questions according to the agreed service level.

System Maintenance Information
There is currently no disruption.
Scheduled maintenance
To ensure that our services function optimally, planned technical maintenance takes place four times a year. For you as a customer, this may mean disruptions or temporary stop in the service. Information about the extent of any possible disruption will be announced well in advance of the scheduled maintenance.
In 2023, system maintenance has been planned for the following weekends, from Saturday 08:00 AM to Sunday 6:00 PM.
