Every year, thousands of consultations are held in connection with the environmental and permitting processes that various industries and operators need to relate to. The consultations often concern issues of land use change linked to housing, infrastructure or energy production, but can also be part of government processes or municipal community involvement. Many consultations are advertised in the daily press to inform the public, while those who are particularly affected must receive a clear invitation. Laws, preparatory works and judgments emphasize the importance of the particularly affected also being invited in writing with a personal address.

If you have a system that can handle information, we offer an API for consultation circles instead. Through this API, we provide your system and your solution with the right information at any given time.

If you want to take a larger grip on the entire value chain / ecosystem around the consultation circuit, we offer a very competent and scalable SaaS service. Some of the basic functions allow you to draw areas yourself or import ready-made geometries and, with these as a basis, then activate the consultation circuit based on the parameters that are critical for your particular project. The SaaS service can also manage templates, create information letters, share documents and be linked to our mailing service where the recipient automatically receives their delivery to a digital mailbox or, if there is no such mailbox, via physical mail. As if that wasn't enough, the service can also be used to draw up land lease agreements, manage compensation and payments. There is also the possibility of activating a portal where those affected who have electronic identification can log in and access project information, see how they are affected, provide information, comments and upload files, images, etc. In other words, we are talking about the consultation portal of the future.
