What can you find in the Land Registry?
The Land Registry contains information on around 3.4 million properties in Sweden. It is developed and managed by Lantmäteriet and is used daily by many companies, authorities and organizations. The register not only shows who owns what, it also contains information on, for example, buildings, addresses and property taxation. Several authorities update the register so that it is always up to date; municipal land surveys, the Swedish Tax Agency and all the country's municipalities contribute to the collection of information.
