Sydved's and Stora Enso's forest owners can now access all information about their forest in a mobile app. The app includes property boundaries, map services and forestry plans.
Interface between forest owners and forestry companies
The forest owner app has been developed by Metria on behalf of Sydved and Stora Enso. It provides the companies with a modern tool that also serves as an interface between them and forest owners.

Simplifying the dialog
With smart GIS functionality, the forest owner can easily mark points, add areas or track an area. The geometries can be saved for personal use or shared with the contact person at Stora Enso or Sydved and with others. The app also includes measurement tools for measuring distances or areas.
Sydved and Stora Enso can provide the forest owner with important information via push notifications and thus have another channel to reach customers.
Focus on user-friendliness
The app is compatible with both iOS and Android for phones and tablets.

The Forest Owner app is part of Metria's Skogskoll product family. The apps provide forest owners, timber buyers and forestry contractors with reliable information.
