Stockholm, April 17, 2023: Metria has today signed an agreement to divest the business area Planning and Surveying Services to Sweco Sweden. The business area Planning and Surveying Services has approximately 110 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 130 million. The transaction is expected to be finalized in early May 2023.
