For the fourth time, Metria has conducted a community survey and compiled a report that this time focuses on how analysis of geodata can help us meet the challenges of a changing climate and contribute to a more sustainable development of society and business.
Our survey found that an overwhelming majority of respondents, 88%, believe that analyzing data can contribute to even greater benefits in the future, especially in the areas of physical climate risks, sustainable societal development and climate-related transition risks.
The results of the survey show that the data most used to analyze and report on climate and environmental issues are digital maps, map services or various types of geodata (64%), as well as information on real estate (43%) and vehicle ownership (40%).
