We are proud to announce that Metria has been re-certified to the international standards ISO9001 (quality management), ISO14001 (environmental management) and ISO27001 (information security). This re-certification is proof of our long-term and systematic efforts to improve our operations, reduce our environmental impact and protect our customers' information.

For us at Metria, these certifications mean that we are constantly striving to improve our processes and comply with international standards. It ensures that we deliver high-quality products and services, minimize our environmental impact and protect our customers' information with the highest security standards. For our customers, it means they can rely on us to work systematically and sustainably to exceed their expectations and contribute to a sustainable future.
What do the certifications mean?
- ISO9001: Our quality management system helps us identify opportunities for improvement, take on board customer feedback and ensure that our services are of high and consistent quality. For example, in 2024, we managed 18 internal improvement suggestions, 12 of which were implemented and followed up within six months.
- ISO14001: We work to reduce our environmental impact through target setting, risk analysis and continuous monitoring. Through increased use of digital collaboration tools, we have reduced our business travel by 30% since 2022.
- ISO27001: To protect customer and employee information, we operate a structured information security management system. This includes information classification, training, risk management and incident management. All employees undergo annual information security training, and security incidents are handled according to an established process.
The certifications were carried out by an accredited certification body SBcert and apply to all of Metria.
