Height Curves1 m is now available in Metria's e-commerce - a vectorized dataset with 1 meter equidistance and height attributes in 3D.
The product is designed for use in civil engineering, infrastructure and energy planning, where detailed elevation data is needed for, for example, terrain modeling, volume calculations and analysis of height differences.
The contour lines can be used in both GIS and CAD-based workflows and provide a more detailed basis than is often included in standard maps, which creates better conditions for planning in hilly terrain.
The new product is part of Metria's efforts to make geodata more accessible through e-commerce. Metria's e-commerce has a wide range of up-to-date and quality-assured geographic products such as raster and vector maps, orthophotos, elevation data and terrain shading. The products are quality assured and always available, and Metria's support is available to assist users who need guidance in choosing data or formats.
The user chooses the area and downloads maps and images in the desired format for further processing in their own software.
