We are looking for adriven inside sales person with a focus on real estate information in different delivery channels
Do you want to work with providing real estate information used by banks, real estate companies, energy companies and forest companies in various processes to communicate with property owners?
Metria is now looking for an inside salesperson who wants to work with the sale of real estate information.
As an inside salesperson, you are responsible for developing new business and upselling to customers within B2B. You will sell subscriptions, solutions via APIs and files as well as digital information services that help our customers to, for example, analyze markets, communicate with stakeholders and streamline their processes.
You drive the entire sales process:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Needs analysis and consultative dialog
- Quotation and negotiation
- Closing and follow-up
You work closely with our product specialists and quickly gain a deep understanding of our offerings.
You sell
You help customers find the right real estate information and the right delivery method.
Metria offers:

Our customers are in real estate, banking/finance, energy/telecom, community building, forestry and the public sector.
We are looking for
We are looking for you who have experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in selection business or information services.
You:
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in proactive sales in B2B
- Are used to working with new customer acquisition
- Thrives on solution sales rather than transactional sales
- Works in a structured way in CRM (Salesforce is an advantage)
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
Experience in GIS, geodata or the real estate industry is an advantage - but not a requirement.
