Rally Sweden and Metria have signed a two-year cooperation agreement that means that the rally organization will use the digital service Metria Markkoll to plan rally routes and manage land agreements for the upcoming competitions. The agreement is a major step towards a more efficient and digitized work process for the event's land access.
- Previously, much of the work has been done manually in spreadsheets and jumping between many different maps. Now we can plan routes more efficiently and quality assured, while saving weeks of work and reducing the risk of errors, says Rickard Johansson at Rally Sweden.
Digital support from planning to signed contract
Metria Markkoll is a digital tool used to collect, manage and document all information relating to properties, contacts and agreements in connection with land access. Through the service, Rally Sweden receives:

A collaboration for the future
The agreement applies to the next two editions of Rally Sweden, which is a round of the FIA World Rally Championship. The rally is held in Umeå and the surrounding area and requires extensive planning in collaboration with landowners, authorities and the local community.
Through the collaboration with Metria, Rally Sweden hopes to shorten lead times, reduce administration and increase the quality of the ground preparation for the competitions.
