Faster and more flexible property search with the new Metria Property Search widget for ArcGIS

A new version of the Metria Property Search widget is now available - an updated version of our integrable search service for real estate information. With several requested improvements, the new version makes it even easier to find, analyze and manage real estate data directly in the user's own ESRI application.

What is the Metria Property Search widget?

The Metria FastighetSök widget is a component (widget) for ArcGIS users that can be integrated into customers' own IT systems or web services. It provides access to features such as:

• Property search by address, property name or map
• Display of property information and ownership lists
• Possibility to use your own geographical data (shapefiles) in the search

The widget enables quick and efficient implementation of advanced functionality without the customer having to build their own property search systems.

Version 1.3.0 - improvements to simplify your property search

1. Simplified login with FSÖK user
   Previously, a separate API key was required to use certain functions, such as "List of owners". In the new version, logging in via the customer's regular FSÖK account is sufficient, which provides a more uniform and smooth user experience.
2. New login address
   Login is now via a new URL. This means that some users may need to review their firewall settings. Please contact your IT department to ensure access.
3. New feature - import geometry
   It is now possible to import your own shapefile directly into the widget to perform property searches. This new feature gives the user greater control and flexibility, especially for searches covering larger or specific areas.
4. Improved help and documentation
   The widget now includes built-in help documentation, making it easier to quickly find instructions and get on with your work. In addition, the technical documentation has been updated to facilitate implementation and use.
